• Process all paperwork, including calculating and collecting all rents, CAM/triple nets and operating costs.

• Receive requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for repairs and maintenance.  Vendors are promptly scheduled and repairs and maintenance are never a profit center with our firm.

• Provide efficient and accurate reports, including monthly statements when we send your check and payout information, year-end statements and 1099s.

• Provide routine inspections and meet with utility consultants to assess requirements and provide solutions to keep costs to a minimum.
